Coming up with lunch ideas seems simple but can be so difficult! Here is weeks worth of simple yet delicious meal ideas for your toddler. These lunch ideas will help you get inspiration for wonder food ideas for your little ones.
TIP: Always, adapt these toddler lunch ideas based on your child’s chewing ability, liking, and allergies. Which is to say: If you see something that isn’t cut or prepared the way you know your toddler would need it to be cut or served, you of course need to change it. I did my best here to visually show you what I served to Lucy who is 2 1/2 but you may need to adjust.
Mini Taco Bowls:
These are one of my personal favorites, they are so simple to make and yet so easy customize to your child’s liking. Lucy loves the taco bowls and making them herself.

I think these are such a fun idea. You can switch these up too, and keep them in theme with what time of year it is.
Ham and Cheese Croissant:
Uncomplicated lunch ideas are my favorite. These are a easy no brainer lunch that is well loved in our home.
Grilled Cheese:
A grilled cheese is a classic. One of those easy comfort foods that sticks around. You can add different ingredients if you want or just keep it clean and simple with bread and cheese.
Meat and Cheese Roll Up:
This may not be the greatest name for this lunch, but it is just a good way to describe the meal haha. Lucy absolutely loves this meal and asks for it several times a week.
Pinwheels:
Pinwheels are a fun and straightforward lunch idea. I love to try new ingredients in our pinwheels. These are also great for a potluck.
Pizza Pockets:
Truly I love a simple lunch that you can switch up a tiny bit to make it a new meal all together. It keeps life easy but interesting.
